Our refurbishment project at Rosebery Avenue is now progressing apace. After numerous delays due to planning issues, the project has now received approval as an Apart-Hotel with offices/showrooms at lower ground and ground floors and with prestigious self-catered, serviced apartments above. The project involves the complete refurbishment of the existing landmark office building and a 2-storey vertical extension over the whole footprint. New foundations and basement slabs are now complete and the original rear elevation has been demolished in preparation for a steel framed rear extension. The completed project is scheduled to be opened in time for next year’s Olympics.
