The Directors

The company is managed by three directors: – Chris Priestley, Paul Bolton and Geoff Othick, who seek to combine experience, enthusiasm, creativity and intuition with simple value for money, functionality and competence, with a keen eye on buildability at all times. We have a vested interest to ensure that the reputation of the company for quality and service is maintained.

We are all ‘hands on’, wanting to exercise our skills as engineers and use these to the benefit of our clients and their design teams. All staff report to one of us and we also pride ourselves in mentoring young engineers to help them achieve their own ambitions as professional engineers.

Social & Recreation

Roberto Ciurleo

We believe it is important that our staff socialise as well as work together. With having different offices and a mix of regional, cultural and ethnic backgrounds it is important that we understand each other and individual’s needs. We encourage informal social get-togethers, which range from a few drinks after work to meals, bowling, trips to the cinema, football, running etc.

Members’ of staff in the company’s London office have the benefit of regular stress relieving massages from Roberto Ciurleo MSMA, MREP, LSSM (Dip) of Roberto Fitness. Roberto was an official masseur for the Olympic team of the Democratic Republic of the Congo at the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008
