Structural Form
An educational Early Learning Centre built on a brown field site in the heart of Coventry. As part of the design for the new three storey structure we investigated the existing tower block foundations, proved their thickness and founding strata thus allowing adaptation and reuse.

Structural Form
Refurbishment of a 1950’s Listed modular build school, combined with part demolition and a new-build central core area. The Design team were appointed to obtain Listed Building and Planning consent. Bolton Priestley carried out structural appraisal of the existing and scheme design for the new buildings.
