Significant settlement had also occurred due to the week water bound soils on which the building had been founded, hence piles where used to strengthen the foundations where deemed necessary.
Comments
Refurbishment and extensions of Grade II listed timber frame building plus new build houses for residential use, creating 14 high spec units. This building was derelict when we were introduced to this project and the structure had suffered badly from a lack of maintenance.
