The proposed refurbishment of Oxleas NHS Trust Greenwich Memorial hospital will compromise alterations and refurbishment works to the ground, first and second floors to provide upgraded hospital facilities rooms and office accommodations. The works will also include replacement of the electrical services, new canopy roof in ground floor, new lift installation, demolition of masonry walls and installation of new supporting steelwork, strengthening of the existing floor structure to support proposed columns, forming new openings in the masonry walls for services and doors.
