Structural Form

The annex rooms are steel framed due to full height glazing on the formed courtyard facing facades. Piles and ground beams are utilised to due to the fill nature of the sub-strata

Renovation of the existing Night Shelter including provision of bedrooms in the roof space. New single storey annex rooms around the rear and side boundary of the site create a courtyard with a cantilever 1st floor bedroom to form a feature landmark
